My Story

After more than 20 years as a down-the-street sales rep, Sales Manager and Vice President of Sales I felt a calling to help people reach the peak of their sales and leadership potential.  I'm blessed to have had some truly incredible leaders and mentors, starting with my father.  From the very beginning my Dad instilled in me a love of learning and a passion for coaching and I am honored to continue his legacy.  


I've been an executive at a Fortune 500 company, started a dealership from scratch and worked in  private, medium sized companies selling imaging technology, SaaS & IaaS, and even coffee business-to-business.  In addition to leading J|A|M, I'm also  the Vice President of Sales for the Americas for a SaaS organization building a channel throughout the Americas.  Through trial and error and real-world testing I've developed a comprehensive coaching program to help you achieve your goals.  Whether you want to improve your Sales Team's performance, engagement and accountability, or you want to develop the next generation of leaders with a customized  Leadership Development program, I'm here to help you make a lasting impact.  I can't wait to help you and your team reach your peak!
